The processing of the personal data of our users\ntakes place exclusively in the case of your consent or only for the purposes\nagreed with you or if another legal basis exists (in the sense of the GDPR). We\ncollect only those personal data that are actually necessary for the\nperformance and execution of our tasks and services or which you have\nvoluntarily provided to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Your Rights\n(Affected Rights)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You have the right to request information about\nyour personal data processed or stored by us. In particular, you may provide\ninformation about the purposes of processing; the categories of personal data;\nthe categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed;\nthe planned storage period; the right of rectification, blocking, or deletion;\nlimitation of processing or opposition; data transfer (unless a\ndisproportionate effort is caused in the case of data transfer); the source of\nyour data, if not collected by us; and the existence of automated\ndecision-making including profiling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You also\nhave the right to revoke any consent granted for the use of your personal data\nat any time. In Austria, this is the\nData Protection Authority, 1030 Vienna, Barichgasse 40-42 (www.dsb.gv.at).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III.\nDescription and Scope of Data Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.\nProvision of the Website<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Each time\nour website is accessed, our web server automatically collects data and\ninformation from the computer system of the calling computer in so-called\nserver log files. The following data are collected here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Browser<br>type and browser version<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Used<br>operating system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Referrer<br>URL<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IP<br>address \/ host name of the accessing computer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time<br>of server request<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These\ndetails are used for technical optimization and data security. They are stored\npseudonymized and therefore cannot be assigned to specific persons. They are\nalso evaluated for a website access statistic and stored long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Google\nAnalytics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our website\nuses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600\nAmphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94.043 USA, to evaluate website use.\nGoogle Analytics uses cookies (see item 3) that are stored on your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The information contained therein about the\nwebsite and internet use of the visitor can be processed and evaluated by\nGoogle. The data collected by Google may be transmitted by Google to countries\noutside the EU and the EEA, in particular the USA. However, Google has\nsubmitted to the Privacy Shield Framework. More information on your rights can\nbe found at http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/justice\/dataprotection\/document\/citizens-guide_en.pdf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also use Google Signals. Google uses a\nso-called Cross Device Tracking. This tool allows website visits of a single\nvisitor with different devices to be assigned to this one visitor, provided\nthat he has logged in to the sessions in a Google service and at the same time\nhas activated the option \u201cPersonalized advertising\u201d in his Google Account\nsettings. As a result, no personal data or user profiles are accessible to us.\nIf you do not want to use \u201cSignals,\u201d you can turn off \u201cPersonalized advertising\u201d\nin your Google Account settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\naddition, we ensure that your IP address is anonymized before being transferred\nto Google.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more\ninformation on Google\u2019s use of data, please visit:\nhttps:\/\/www.google.com\/intl\/de\/policies\/privacy\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics\nis Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cookies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We use cookies\non our website to make our offer user-friendly. Cookies are small files that\nyour browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (laptop,\ntablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. The cookies are stored until\nyou delete them. This will allow us to recognize your browser on your next\nvisit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do\nnot want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the\nsetting of cookies and you allow them in individual cases. Contact\nForm and E-mail Contact<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you fill out a contact form or send us an\ne-mail or any other electronic message, your details will only be stored for\nprocessing the request and any related further questions and will only be used\nin the request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The legal\nbasis for processing your request is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will\ndelete your e-mail address after completing your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Newsletter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By subscribing to the newsletter, you confirm that you have read our\nprivacy policy. Your data will be stored on the server of our mailing service\nprovider and will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter. The opening\nand clicking behavior of the newsletter recipients are evaluated by a tracking\nsystem. The newsletter subscription can be terminated at any time without\njustification. Click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or send an\ne-mail to solutions@panexio.com. The media owner is solely responsible for the\nprocessing of the data. When sending newsletters, we only process your name and\nemail address. This information will not be disclosed to third parties by the\nmedia owner and will only be stored as long as you wish to receive newsletters.\nThe provision of your data is not required by law or by contract, but merely\nserves to ensure that you receive the newsletter in future. You are not\nobligated to provide us with your data. Please note, however, that we cannot\nprovide you with newsletters or messages as a consequence of non-provisioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV. Data Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Use of Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The data provided\nto us will not be processed for any purpose other than the purpose of the\ncontract or your consent or otherwise by any provision in accordance with the\nGDPR. This excludes use for statistical purposes, provided that the data\nprovided have been anonymized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. SSL Encryption<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We use the\nwidely utilized TLS method in conjunction with the highest encryption level\nsupported by your browser during the visit to the website. Whether a single\npage of our website is encrypted is indicated by the closed representation of\nthe key or lock icon in the address bar of your browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\naddition, we use other appropriate technical and organizational security\nmeasures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation,\npartial or total loss, destruction, or against unauthorized access by third\nparties (protection against misuse both inside and outside, such as firewalls,\nencryptions, access permissions, etc.). Our security measures are continuously\nimproved in line with technological developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, it\ncannot be ruled out that information that is not caused by us during data\ntransmission or unauthorized access by third parties (hackers, etc.) can be\nviewed or used by other persons. Mails Sent\nto Us<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please be\naware that &#8211; subject to explicit agreement and configuration &#8211; e-mails will be\nsent to us unencrypted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V.\nDisclosure of Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In\nprinciple, we do not share your personal information with others. However, to\nfulfill your order or for legal reasons, forwarding your data to third parties is\nnecessary. These third parties may be courts, authorities, legal\nrepresentatives, or other involved entities (including processors who are\nworking for us). In this case, the disclosure of your data takes place\nexclusively on the basis of the GDPR (on the basis of your consent, fulfillment\nof a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, etc.). As part of our\nconsulting activities, we also regularly obtain information from you from third\nparties. We also point out that we may transfer your personal information to\nrecipients (see above) outside your country. However, we transmit your personal\ndata only and exclusively on the basis of the GDPR (appropriate data protection\nlevel or setting measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level\nof data protection).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VI. Saving\/Deleting Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We will retain your personal information no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
